Homework assignment - Portrait by window light

Taken at Westwood Arms Restaurant in Krugersdorp

Didn't have a reflector so I wrapped tinfoil over a huge carton and it worked amazingly well.

Nikon D5300 18-55mm lens at 28mm
F4.2
1/60sec
Iso 3600
No Flash
Frequency separation done in lightroom and exposure and contrast adjusted

Using the window for backlight was clever. I think a tighter composition, leaving out the table below, will improve the overall feeling. I also recommend that you revisit your editing, as your subject's skin is uneven shiny.
