I love the detail in this shot. The veins of the flower and the color. I think this is exquisite! Well done Susan.
I think this is great! It has old-worldy colours and textures but modern abstraction and a grunge quality over previously favoured, pristine perfection in the subject matter. I can see this making a fine template for a pillow cover or tin or wallpaper where you want bold design and a strong primary colour with secondary tones which will match a variety of scenes. It has great detail for interest, flow for keeping the eyes gowing and is abstract enough to keep you thinking.
I like this abstract image; particularly the use of texture, and colour balance. Feature!
