NEPAL INDIA PHOTOGRAPHY TRIP---18 Feb to 18 March

I am going to the above counties with an American photojournalist. The trip will include a 2 week trek to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC) in the Himalayas.  I will be posting comments and images from time to time. Th aim is to capture the culture and landscapes of both countries with the emphasis on rural areas in Nepal and in India mostly street photography. mike

Hi Mike, i had to laugh at your steady hands comment because if you speak to Deon or Danie they will tell you that i have the worst hands they have ever seen.

The fact is that i suffer from Parkinsons and have a very visible tremmer on my right side. That is why you will see that i shoot at slightly higher speeds than the  average. With the Barbet shot i was wedged between branches to stop the shake. Thanks for your comments. I will keep on shaking - sorry - shooting. Gary
