"Thanks :). The statue is  a famous composer....my husband not so much...the only keyboard he works on is one attached to a computor! Will definitely remember to get the eye focus better...."

"Nice one Renata, I agree with Deon, this will look great with some work in LR. I think it needs about 0.5 clockwise rotation to level it, LR has a one click function to do this. If you look at the top of the sluice gate on the far right you will see…"

"Love the lighting and the way the colour of the sky seems to pick up the colours of the groom's and brides's outfits."

Bio... something about you. Including camera equipment and software you're using...
I love photography. The camera I use is a Canon EOS 400D. I have the normal 58mm lens, a 50mm prime lens,a 75-300mm zoom lens and an external flash. Recently my husband has purchased studio lights and umbrellas for me but I have not attempted to use them yet. I love people and enjoyed using my camera to capture "school life" for newsletters, advertising and school magazines but struggled very much (in fact couldn't do!)night time shots e.g. prize giving and concerts where there is movement and very little light in a huge hall- very frustrating!I have also done some portrait/ glamour photography, some under water photography (when we dive then I use a little Sony) and love taking landscapes. I use Photoshop to edit. Unfortunately I cannot share photos taken with children in them as I had parental permission to take and use these photos only for school related activities. Looking forward to learning more about photography- both practically i.e. how to actually use the camera properly! and also as far as how to capture moments not only as history but as art.
